GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND SCOPE:
- OKNET (PVT) LTD , maintains the internet portal www.oknet.lk a fashion online store. On oknet.lk customers will be offered goods. The offering on this site is only directed at end users of legal age. Goods will only be sold in normal household quantities. These terms and conditions find application in all contracts which members enter into via oknet.lk as well as all general business relationships between oknet.lk and its customers. We do not accept any other terms and conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise. If periods are stated in working days, these include all weekdays except Saturday and Sunday and all statutory holidays.
USE OF oknet.lk
- As part of the registration as a customer of you will be asked to submit personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that the data is complete and correct. After you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by email. To facilitate access to the online service on oknet.lk, you will receive a password. You are obliged to treat this password and any other access data confidential and protected from access by unauthorized third parties.
- In the password-protected area, you can access your recently shipped and/or completed orders. In this area, you can also change, administer and save your own data and potential subscriptions of newsletters.
PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES
- For orders, the prices which are listed at the time of your order on the product page apply. These prices are exclusive of taxes and the final price (inclusive of taxes) are shown on the shopping cart page.
- We accept various credit cards, e.g. Visa, Master and will charge the invoice to your credit card immediately after receipt and dispatch of the order.
- Vouchers are only valid for the period announced at issue or a maximum of 1 year from the time of issuance. An extension or a transfer to another user/ customer is not possible.
- Vouchers are non-transferable.
- Vouchers cannot be deducted from shipping costs, if applicable.
- Delivery will only be given to the shipping address provided by you. It is your responsibility that it is possible to ship to the address during normal working hours.
- We ship according to the delivery timelines provided for each product. We ensure that we ship as early as possible, but for some products the timelines are longer due to the availability of products.
- Oknet does not assume any sourcing risk, especially with reference to purchase by description. For returns policies, please check our section on Delivery and Returns.

- As part of your registration as a customer on oknet.lk you will be asked to provide personal data. This is data which is required by us to process the contracts concluded on www.oknet.lk All personal data is confidential and will be treated by us in accordance with relevant legal regulations. To safeguard your privacy in online payment transactions oknet.lk uses the latest encryption techniques through our payment gateways.
- All rights to use imagery on oknet.lk lie with oket. The use of the material – in whatever form – is prohibited unless explicit permission from oknet has been granted.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
- We usually deliver within 4-6 working days of placement of the order. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
- We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from oknet.lk. You can return all items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased. The refund amount will be credited back to your oknet.lk account as store credits or credit points.
- In case of manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. if reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after the pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be canceled. similarly, if the product is self-shipped, and has not been dispatch from the consumer after two weeks of refund initiation, refund request will be canceled.
- Within the first 14 days of receipt, we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
- Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 14 days.
- You can inform us within 14 days of receiving the parcel by writing to us at email@example.com. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange or refund for an order. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer.
- Please note that shipping charges will not be re-imbursed.

- Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email ID along with your order ID & registered phone number so that our customer service team may assist you.
- In case of damaged/broken goods, send us the images on email@example.com.
It’s a simple 1 step process:
- Fill out the return form shipped to you with the order, follow the instructions on the form and ship the products to us.
- It can take up to 14 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually, you will receive your refund in term of store credit at the end of this 48-hour window.
